User Agreement

All Customers of Nikira.co.in (Here after mentioned as Nikira) are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Nikira and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of Nikira and the User.

Acceptable Use Policy

Nikira’s Usage Policy is designed to protect Nikira, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behaviour by Users of Nikira’s services. All users of Nikira’s services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on Nikira’s services, such as hacking and spamming.

Domain Registration Agreement

Customers of Nikira wishing to register, transfer or renew a domain name must agree to the Domain Registration Agreement.

Orders Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Damages

Under very rare circumstances, the bottles may leak and it may have spilled during transit. We’ll provide reshipping of damaged products only if you have submitted the unboxing video. Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
